Looks good. Makes me wonder if I could get a hard top back on mine.

Holy **** rollcage! I'd like to see how that would do in the case of a roll over, looks beefy and BA

Spent a couple hours today modifying the soft top to make it fit. It no longer folds like the factory one did but im ok with that.

Heres the new rear mount

The factory door surrounds no longer had holes for the bolts to go through and i dont plan on drilling the new cage.

So I cut the surrounds and added a maglite flashlight holder clip.

Factory freedom tops can still be ran without the rear half of the hard top.

I had to remove two of the quick clamps so i just added a tab and bolt to secure the top

mounted the radio

How much tube did you use on this? Very clean looking cage. Nice work.

if you are going to use the tic-tac or continuous-tac technique you can back the tip slightly to get more overlap and cover the craters. it also blends the heat more thoroughly.

most people sandwich plates rather then run the tubing actually through the body. if you cut a wider hole it will keep the body from grinding (squeaking) against the tube when the body and frame twists during articulation.

-insert meaningless out-of-place political diatribe-

This is unreal. That looks awesome, and the maglight mount was a great idea.

Do you by chance use Bend Tech for your design work? And if you do would you be willing to share your file?
