FINISHED! My DIY Triple Radio Overhead Console with GPS

In my old TJ I had a 2 space tuffy overhead console. But due to the lack of a dual overhead console for the jk, I decided to create my own, but with three spots. It's made out of 3/4" black starboard that was CNC routed and also used black acrylic laser cut for the radio bezels and cover plates. Right now is a Cobra 29 LX and a Scanner. The open spot right above the rear view mirror is going to be for a VHF/UHF Radio that is coming soon. I still had enough room for a ext speaker or even two more radios or whatever else i can come up with. Plus these radios are all wired in the pics... The wires hide nicely! Come out nice...

UPDATE!

All finished!! Finished it with a external CB speaker, Custom buttons for garage door and other accessories, a Yaesu 8800 UHF/VHF Radio and a Magellan 1700 ripped apart and custom fit into the console. All looks like it came from factory I think!

Very nice work!!....do you think something like this would work with a soft top? Specifically, is there enough clearance that the top wouldn't rub?

wires?

Hi, may you please show us the wire-ing. Where did you pass all the wires for power, antennas and any other pertinent wire.

That came out nice, I really like it. Is it water tight from above for the topples too?

Super nice work. One question. Isn't that yellow bracket for the hard top latch? Can you still access it with the console in place?

As I thought. You did a great job on the machining. I'm a GM at a large CNC shop in the SF bay area. If you are ever looking for a job give me a ring.
Cheers
