Mopar has a 4 1/2 inch suspension lift would putting this lift on void the warranty being it's made as a jeep brand accessory?

it's actually rubicon express. See the numerous threads regarding warranty.

It is sold through Mopar Performance.

The bottom line answer is after-market accessories and performance parts are not covered by the factory warranty, and any failure of stock parts directly caused/contributed to by these parts would not be covered by the factory warranty.

However, failure of stock/factory parts not directly caused by either abuse or the installation of after-market accessories or performance parts continue to be fully covered by your factory warranty.

This is the correct answer. Your dealership may disagree, or even misunderstand, but when pushed, they will find that this is the correct answer.

I suggest you read the Warranty Information booklet that came with your JK about what is not covered. There, you will find the answer that the installation of "performance and/or racing parts" has to cause the failure to be uncovered.
