Heres some better pictures. Overall I used 5/16"x2" bolts threaded into the same hardtop mounts, and then picked up a couple screw eyes for latching things down. Overall really pleased with how it turned out

Cut to mold around the roll bar and seat belt

Little bit of a lip to cover the seats

Tada!

Have you put something on the inside so if somebody folded down your back seat they could not get in?

I haven't, it was really just the keep things from being blown out. If i had to haul something long then I would have to deal with folding it down or taking it out. Not a bad idea though!

Yeah man! Its pretty easy, just got to take your time with it. It turned out pretty good around the seat belts and roll bar. Let me know if you want to try it out!

Your rims look great! I'm getting ready to paint mine, what kind of paint and primer did you use?

Thanks! I used some self etching primer. I just lightly sanded the surface, cleaned with some acetone/nail polish remover and then did a couple light coats of primer. Then I did about 3 total coats of some flat black from rustoleum I believe it was. Used about 3 cans total of flat black.

Nice thread - looking real good. I debated stock wheels vs aftermarket, and decided on aftermarket, but still wonder when I see a nice setup like yours. I had to keep a set of stock wheels/tires for emissions here in CO - can't test over a 33" tire on the rollers.
I trimmed my flares but left them as wide as possible to avoid trouble with the law - even though they never bothered me with the samurai with no flares at all. LOL

Thanks! I liked my aftermarkets but I have always like black rubi's. Also keeps the tires more in the fenders, even with spacers its 4.5" backspacing. Not bad and its not too much that its noticeable unless they are super short on their ticket quota

Thankyou! Its a work in progress..

Installed the ARB 12v air compressor! Love it, install was difficult.. mainly on my part haha. All in all, very pleased that I have it now. Im just waiting on the daystar switch panel to come in so I can have the switch not dangling around. Id recommend this to anyone who airs their tires down.
