Yeah its been my favorite thing. The only noise I hear is from the hardtop now

I should also add that being automatic, it doesnt matter that I cant hear the engine.. but yours in manual so it could make it harder for someone to hear the shift point if they arent used to it. I dont have an exhaust so my automatic is really quiet.

Trektop NX installed, what a huge PITA. Worth it, I get alot of wind noise with the light bar.. Ill get used to it within a week.

Also picked up some spare hardtop windows off craigslist for 30 bucks!

Thankyou Dan

So those without the light bar and have the NX, is your soft top pretty quiet? I feel like the light bar and soft top are too rough of a combo. Crazy loud

Moony,

If you're getting wind noise off the light bar, get some edge trim and run it on the first and maybe second row of cooling fins. You don't lose cooling, but it disrupts the wind flow enough to get rid of the noise.

I have it installed on about the first half of the curve. My noise was really bad.. I think its cause it sits so high and the wind is alot harsher at the curve. Im going to see how it sounds when JCR comes out with their mounts. It will sit way lower than what it is at now. Thats my hope atleast lol

Well the YJ was junk. Short story version.

Bought some Rubicon Express Quick Disconnects, very happy with them. I dont know what took me so long to get these, Ive had 2 jeeps previous and never wanted to spend the buck and a half to get some. Should have!

Less than 10 seconds and they are both out. Love it.

Just for giggles, my evolution

Looking to get a new rear bumper as the next mod. I wanted the evo d rings at first but I feel like im pushing my luck with the no rear bumper thing here in Oregon.

Here you go sir!

http://www.fatmat.com/shop/100-sq-ft...-included-6591

Picked up some posion spyder body armor rockers, in hope to use them with my rubicon rails. Looks like a tight fit but it might be alright. Now I need to find a good nutsert tool and some nutserts. 120 bucks for the body armor btw, good deal id say
