Haha, thanks, man! I ordered a Teraflex steering stabilizer and a rear 3rd brakelight/license plate light. Will post pics of the install and beer, per-usual.

Projects this Summer are to tear out the carpet and Monstaline the interior, and probably throw some 360* lighting.

Looking good and sounds good to me. Was just curious as to the reasoning behind the hooks.

Let's get some pics up!

My OffRoadOnly LED license plate light came in. For $45, I'm pretty disappointed. First, my gripe.

This edge is so sharp that it has almost cut through the protective plastic in normal shipping. I'm afraid that while bouncing around, it will cut through, over time. I know how cheap Chinese LED's are, and if my electrical stuff wasn't 6 hours away, I'd have made my own light. But, live and learn:

I drilled a hole through my Poison Spider spare tire delete and the rear door:

Then, I ran the cord through...

Here's the somewhat finished product, I'll actually wire it all up and put some gasket sealant around the cord on my day off, Friday:

Still waiting on the Teraflex steering stabilizer to come in, although that install isn't very interesting.

Photobucket always deletes my photos. I've since purchased a web-server and will have to upload photos, but I'm sorry for all the ones that vanished on here.

I am still alive and so is the JK. I'm heavily debating taking out a loan on a supercharger, this Summer but I'm not sure if it's worth it in the long run. Plus, the cost of premium fuel is cheap now, but who knows how much it will cost later on down the road. The largest reason why I want the supercharger is to pass farming equipment on the highway and make it up the mountain passes without feeling like my 3.8 is about to grenade. I get so stressed out trying to pass a grain truck hauling combine equipment and seeing headlights coming at me. The cost of selling or trading in my 2007 JK and purchasing a 2013+ with the 3.6 will cost me far more than $7k, especially factoring in what I've already done to the Jeep, so the supercharger seems like the best move.

I'm also debating getting 35's, but while they look cool I really don't see why I need them. I'm not at a point in my life where I want to rock-crawl since I can't afford dropping $300 every weekend when I break something, lol. I do like venturing down old logging roads and playing in the mud and snow, though, so maybe they would be beneficial there. From what I've gathered, the pro-of 35's is in the rocks since you can air them down a lot more, but correct me if I'm wrong.

This weekend will be.... JEEP MAINTENANCE WEEKEND (dun dun dunnnnn!). I have to install a new Teraflex steering stabilizer, water-pump, and three sensors that I figure should be replaced - the TPMS, Crankshaft Sensor and the Exhaust something-er-other sensor. Should be fun, although I may not get to the water pump. I'm still trying to figure out how exactly you tension the belt back on.

On the first of Feb I am ordering the Pypes High Clearance Catback Exhaust, Smittybuilt XRC Flares and maybe the Redrock 4x4 Cold Air Intake. I'm torn on who to believe if a CAI actually does anything or if it's just snake-oil. I know if I get an SC it will replace the CAI but I can always sell the CAI.

Heres a pic of the JK enjoying some sun at my cabin, this past August.

Great job so far, unfortunately I couldn't see any of the earlier photos but can't wait to see them from now on. I like your cabin, been thinking of doing that myself. We just moved from NE Montana to Oregon but I really miss Western Montana.
