Thanks, Gojo. I think that is the exhaust I'll go for. I'm waiting a couple weeks until I'm all moved and then I'll order it.

I ordered the Rough Country Hybrid Stubby Bumper through the awesome folks at Extreme Terrain. Looks like this build is going to begin having some tangible results!

FINALLY GOT IT ON! Was too lazy during the week, haha.

Rough Country really needs more quality control on their nuts & bolts. The nuts and bolts they sent me were garbage. ALL EIGHT! - they wouldn't thread, even with an impact wrench. Fortunately, I utilized my stock tow hooks and that, of course, fit together. And, I have front tow hooks! So, it all worked out in the end. However, it will make me question any future Rough Country purchases. What if I got a lift, got all my tires and suspension off, and the bolts didn't fit?

I need to paint those stock tow-hook bolts black and get a winch. I'd like to have a stinger bar welded, too, if it's possible.

A few more of those red and green cans and a tig welder and you’ll have the coolest looking “stinger” in town.

Coming along great, do you already have a particular winch in mind and any preferences on type of cable/rope? A stinger bar can certainly be welded/bolted to your bumper, just take your time and plan it well.

I really wanted to make a winch one of the last things on my list, but seeing the giant void in my bumper I may move it up on the list. I don't wheel, so I just need a basic winch for an emergency or to use as a tool. Thinking about http://www.extremeterrain.com/barric...h-j100204.html

Alright, I almost hit "Place Order" on that winch, but decided to follow my priorities. So, I hit "Place Order" on something else... Body Armor Rear Bumper! (http://www.extremeterrain.com/body-a...rce=igodigital)

I want the Poison Spyder Tramp Stamp, but not for $37 in shipping.

Edit: 4wd had the Tramp Stamp and License Plate Delete Cover for FREE shipping. So I ordered it - wahoo!

That’s definitely a great price for a winch, fairlead and rear bumper. I sure do admire your discipline when it comes to building up your Jeep.

Haha, I'm trying to get everything pre-lift done. Then I'll start saving up my money until my current 33" new tires wear out. By then I should have enough saved up for a good lift kit and everything that has to go with it (new 35" tires, re-gear, pro-cal, axles, control arms, ect.).

I can't take my crappy Rancho shocks any longer. When I hit a small pothole my Jeep shouldn't go "BOOM". They're so bad I'm not even going to sell them - I'm just going to junk them and take the $175 hit. And they only have 5 months of use! As soon as my rear bumper is installed I'm ordering a Rough Country 2.5" lift. (http://www.extremeterrain.com/rough-...k-perf679.html)

I don't hate them, I think I got a bad batch of bolts. But, since this lift has no bolts I should be fine haha.

Awesome! Let me know when you get it!

My Tramp Stamp should be here, tomorrow. My bumper from ExtremeTerrain hasn't left the store, yet... Ugh! I'm trying to be patient! I'm sure XTRyan is tired of me bugging him. I work in university administration and just sit in our student union building during lunch and have nothing better to do but ask him where my orders are, lol. Anyway... Good things come to those who wait, right?
I decided to forgo that 2.5" lift kit. You'll get used to just because I "decided" on something doesn't really mean I did. Unless I say it's ordered, I'll probably change my mind. I read the reviews on those shocks and they are apparently garbage. So, I'll just continue on with my original plan of making the lift and tires the last thing before le supercharger.

Since this thread has no pictures, here's a picture. Yum.

Got the Tramp Stamp and License Plate Delete on. Pretty pissed the License Plate Delete was $20. It's a tiny piece of plastic that's actually a Chrysler part. I recommend you fab your own or just put a seal in the hole. But, I love the look of the Tramp Stamp. Funny how when I had my ZJ all I wanted was a rear tire carrier, and now that I have one, on my JK I don't like it. My girlfriend says my Jeep looks "naked". Psh. I'm going to get the rubber seals for those holes, this weekend. Bumper should be here, tomorrow, and I'll install it on Saturday or Sunday morning. Huzzah!
