I guess I would have to trust the dealer inorder to let him do that.

had precisely 11 miles on mine (the shop and dealership are 2 miles away from each other) and there were two trips made back and forth one for the detailing... and the other to install and balance my new wheels i brought to them.

Yes my new jk only had 8 miles on it, and the dealer said they do put a few miles on it at the factory to test. I would not worry about the miles, in fact the last new truck that I got had only a few miles on it and it gave me nothing but trouble.

Mine had 130, but it was driven to San Antonio from the Dealer to get leather seats put in (55 miles each way). I wouldn't sweat it too much. I had some crazy dealer in North Texas try offering me a demo 06 Rubicon with 4800+ miles on it only with a $1500 discount! I obviously didn't but that one.

Just got it and it had a whopping 4 KM's on the odometer. It must have been another one that I saw last night and I am glad that it was.
The Jeep looks great. I will try an get some pics as soon as I can.
I was doing the Owner's manual scan and given that I am a mechanical mental moron, I am already intimidated about the soft top removal and the switching between tops as the season's change. Some people have noted that they keep their soft top on under the hard top. Is this a normal practice? I know that it takes up a lot of space but the OM also strongly advises against doing that as it can wear out the soft top..
Any thoughts.

Miles, dude, miles...we don't tend to measure kilos here. A kilo is 2.2 pounds, not a measure of distance.
