Mercedes Diesel?
I saw a reporters first hand test drive with one of the engineers for Mercedes regarding the new diesel available in the Cherokee. The report was very informative and interesting. Chrysler even LOWERED the option price from $1,200 to $700. You can NOT hear the engine from the cabin nor smell the fuel. The latest pollution control is instituted in this powerful yet economical engine. It's a 6 banger and would be an interesting addition to the Jeep Wrangler line IMHO. Maybe a small V-8 too?
