Aor, had problems with the mounts. My axles are 69 3/4 wide per rk's recommendations.

When installed, tires contacted the shocks and the coils weren't even added at the time. To solve this The upper ended being reversed and the lower had to be pushed out so the tires didn't rub the shocks. This prevented the factory calipers from being mounted. Lower mounts had to be ground and rewelded to mount the calipers. I'm waiting for the drive shafts to arrive so we can test articulation and make further adjustments. Depends on the flex results, the rear coils might need to move inside the frame and through the floor.

It's back on the road but still not finished :-)

Checking for clearance

Rear marked for trim and tires do not rub! :-) But Iím sure I will have little rub once the inner fenders get trimmed and the tire stuffed more.

Need to trim the Trailmods fender

Full droop to check all connections, lines, and to install RROR breather kit

Trimming the front fender and the RROR slider

Test drive! :-) average speed at 75 mph and I got it up to 90 mph. Will not do that again till the new engine gets installed

I replaced the RROR tube fenders with Trailmod to keep the po pos off my back and to keep the brits happy when the Jeep gets shipped to UK. Also I like the idea of wide and narrow.

I also just replaced the entire audio system with JVC Nav, alpine amp, and focal speakers! The JVC radio has both US and Europe frequency and since EU doesnít have Sat radio I have to rely on good old radio and my iPod.

Anyways I still have lot on the to-do list.

1-trip rear inner fender
2-trim trailmod fenders
3-modify smittybilt front fender and install Warn Powerplant
4-build custom roll cage
5-swap out factory seats
6-swap factory gas tank with Genright
7-Hemi Engine swap
8-install aux air tank and John L's Powerplant in-cab controls
9-rear license plate bracket
