As long as the actual mechanical disconnect isn't broken he may be able to sell it for a few bucks, but not a lot. If I didn't have a rubicon already, I would still prefer that sway bar with manual disconnect than a conventional sway bar with disconnect end links. Or another person could buy a used sway bar motor.
Hell I could probably pick up a cheaper sway bar with broken motor, bolt my new motor to it and make some money. Hmm.....
