Mango Tango Orange only available on Sport model?

I asked a local dealer about availability of the new orange color and he told me he was only able to order it on Sport models in the computer system. Anyone know anything different?

Saw a promotional picture of a Mango Tango Rubi, can't find it at all on Jeep's site.

I tried using the "Build a Jeep" and it didn't list Mango Tango as a color option. They need to update that thing. I know some of the color options were only available on certain versions but I don't remember the details. I hope they sell a Rubicon in that color. It would be a shame if they don't.

YOU CANT HAVE THE MANGO!


'08 X, Jeep Green, 6 speed, 32" BFG MT's, power options, rubi rock rails, front grab handles, soft top all year round ...oh yea and dirt.

This color isn't available on the website yet, either. Only the splash page picture with the small caption that read "late availability"--and I believe that's gone now, too.

I thought it was only available with the new mountain edition. On the Jeep Website, on the JKU page, click on the Mountain Edition ad on the bottom left.

So any ideas why my dealer said he was able to place an order for that color in a Sport but not for a Sahara or Rubicon?

Can't get it on Saharas. Pity, it was my choice after Rescue Green. Neither of which were available.

Just a guess, but I am assuming that to get either Rescue Green or Mango Tango (both of which are listed on JEEP's website as color options for the Mountain Edition) you would have to order a Mountain Edition, and that to order a Mountain Edition, you have to order a Sport, with the Mountain Edition pkg, like ordering a Sport S pkg.
