Next day put it into 4wheel low. Locked front/rear. Unlocked- front licker light stays blinking. I turned it off. Waited, drove backwards a bit, disconnected battery for 10 min. Nothing helped Any ideas??
When you shift it back into 4Low and try to lock them does it stop blinking?

I would take it back to the installer. If they don't have experience with JKs there are people that reported the lockers weren’t re-installed correctly and they break.
