What's high centered? The middle if the jeep stuck on a rock? Lol sounds scary, how would you get out of that situation lol

High centered is getting the Jeep stuck on whatever on its belly. Very easy to do with a JKU w/o lift on moderate trails.

That's a way. Can also high center on your axles. Any time its happened to me I used a high lift if no winch was available. Or back out a bit.
