Thanks! I thought they were kinda mean looking and have wanted a set for a couple of years.

I've run all black wheels since about 2000, so I've been leaning more toward color matching them to the body on my last couple rides.

I've got the same wheels and my wife refers to them as my "butterfly rims" she hates anything that makes me happy.

this space should either contain important information about my Jeep or some witty statement.

it doesn't.

1st Post and First upgrage.

Had my Rubicon since Feb. Got it delivered before I got home from deployment in March. Just ordered OME 2in HD Lift and Dick Cepek DC-2 Black. Keeping same tires as they are good for a lot more miles. New wheels have different back spacing so the stance should be a bit broader. Looking forward to the gear arriving in a few days.

This thread is most excellent. A 4dr JK will be my first purchase upon graduating from college.

Not mine but it belongs to my buddy, we were on a wheeling trip and I took a few pictures of him playing in the mud/pond.

OMG Abner! That is beyond wrecked! So sorry for all the people in Joplin and the rest of the US that are fighting such unpredictable forces of nature. Hope you are able to put things/life back together!

It's now owned by the insurance company, I was tempted to give it a try though!

Hope the insurance company gets you back into the saddle soon. Your Jeep still looks good. Sorry to see the trouble all the fine people from your area are going through. G'luck man.
