Not at all. Breakover angles are tough. Getting a lift takes of that.

If you're accustomed to a SWB Jeep (CJ, YJ, TJ) the length can take some getting used to, but as far as tight trails are concerned, no problem. Mine's done Black Bear Pass numerous times and it wasn't any more of a challenge than in my old YJ.

The break over is the issue. You'll smack the crossmember and tank skid regularly until you get some lift and tires on there. I started with 3" springs and 35s on mine, one trip to Moab and I went to 4" springs and 37s. I still hit the tank skid from time to time, but I'm not dragging it down the trail like you do with a stocker.

Iíve been surprised how often I donít have to three point a trail turn. They turn rather well I think for their size and I have found with the longer wheel base I can often take the less wiggly route through the obstacle. They really reach out across things well and let you do some angles not really available to the 2drs. So I havenít found it to be too long at all even though my vehicle history is CJs and a TJ.

Never trust a happy man

I off road because I have a Jeep. I don't have a Jeep because I off road. Above all my Jeep is a convertible. That's where my love is for the brand ...convertible overkill
