Lift kit install time

I am looking at a ballbark time for installing a 4" Rough Country lift kit on a JK. Also is there anything in the install that "needs" 2 people? I will be John Wayne'ing this tomorrow but if it's impossible to do single handedly I will call the cavalry to assist.

By yourself having no experience, probably 8 hours. If you know what you are doing less than 4. There is no need for 2 but it sure does make it go quicker.

It there an easy way to remove a pitman arm? I tried and tried to remove it with a pitman puller to no avail. Any suggestions?

The lift kit I bought came with a new pitman arm that drops the whole steering linkage 4" I am guessing it could be run without replacing the pitman arm but I am thinking it should have the new arm attached.
