where you trying to relocate the license plate to?

ORO makes one that comes with the 3rd brakelight and running light. can be used with or without spare, or wherever you want to put it really.

LMAO, http://www.genright.com/ProductInfo....ductid=RTC3810

I went with the aluminum, just because I hate dealing with rust.

I used Rustoleum roll on bed liner, Lowe's sells it, maybe at Wal-Mart too. They sell the same stuff in a can, but I found that the roll on does a much better job. If you get aluminum, you wont even necessarily have to paint it. I like it better than having a bumper mounted carrier for many reasons, but mostly b/c now I can swap out the bumper as I please and not have to deal with tire carriers. Didn't mean to up sell you from your original inquiry. Pic from initial test fit: I have those sahara covers for sale BTW.
