Just experienced the death wobble!

Holy crap!!! I was like WTF???

Was doing about 35mph when it started to shake like crazy, so I pulled over and looked some things over. Everything seemed fine but I did smell some burning.

Started driving again until I hit about 40 and it started to go again!

Pulled over again, waited a bit, turned around and started my 70 mile drive home.

Made it home ok without any further wobbles.

Got home and my search came up with "death wobble".

I guess the first place to start is with the track bar. Not sure what to do with it but errr hopefully I'll find a good resource.

Have you recently had any work done or any mods to your Jeep? Look your tires over and check tire pressure. Did this happen all of a sudden or were you experiencing a slight shacking in the steering wheel prior to the DW? Usually there will be subtle signs leading up to DW.
