JKU Water Leak, Rear passenger floor

I did a search before posting this, and what i noticed was everything was related to the front floors which in mine are bone dry. I checked all the seals, cleaned then, hit with silicon spray. I put two hoses on the roof, let them run for 30 minutes, and noticed no new water.

Weird thing is if theres a drizzle I have about 8 oz of water on both sides of the rear seats. Its to the point that every time it rains i can pull the plugs and watch the water pour out. The carpet from where the bottom of the seats start is bone dry, and its only in the rear well area.

Has anyone had this issue or have any clue where the water could be coming from. I have taken the soft top off about 5 times checking to make sure i put it on correctly and clean the tracks, but it appears to look good.
