JKU height with 35's and a 2.5 lift?

I am putting together my parts list for my 2013 JKU Rubicon that will be coming in next week and after seeing some really nice JKU's on 35's last week I have decided that I would like ot run 35's on a Tereflex 2.5 inch lift.

The catch? I need to make sure I can still fit the beast in the garage and get it through a car wash and airport parking when needed.

Should be fine with a standard garage. I have a 3.5" lift on 35s and fit fine. Parking garages are close but it seems like I can squeak into 6'10" parking structures.

Some car washes don't work though. I found a local touchless car wash that works but many with the spinning rags don't work due to fender height or something.

Thanks for the info. I think I am at 7'1" on my garage.
The nice thing about these new JK's is that you don't have to lift them to the moon to squeeze in a set of 35's. I would have loved to run them on my CJ but with 33's it already rubs the top of my door opening.

Just measured the wifes, the highest point around 75".
2.5" lift with nearly worn out 315/70-17 Duratracs.

Just my opinion, yours will differ.

Overall height, 2.5" W/33's = 73" so that lines up with above.

Thanks for the info. I should have plenty of room if I go 2.5 inch lift with 35's.
I would like to do some different fender flares for more wheel well clearance later.

These were the 2 JKU's I saw over christmas that convinced me I would like to go 35's someday. Both sitting on 35x12.50's.

I didnt think to measure them at the time. The black JKU is sitting on a 3" AEV lift and the red one I am not sure. The dealer didnt seem to know the specifics of it.

The black one is owned by the CEO of Sprint and had this black one built for his 16 year old daughter apparently. He had over 65K in receipts including the jeep price having others build it for him.

WoW! Both units look very nice. I have an '11 JKU Rubi, which is stock. I'm debating a 2" or 3" lift, but the tires (I think) will be 315/70R17" instead of the 285/70R17" I currently have for off-road. For the street, I have Michelin 285/70R17" M+S Latitude, but these only have about 3000 miles off travel. My off-road wheels are the standard Jeep 17", which I bought used. I don't think I can get the same size tires as shown in the pics above. Oh well, since I don't get an income, I do what I can as inexpensively as possible. Thanks for the pics.
