Jk Sun Visor Squeak/Rattle?

Hi!

Just picked up my Unlimited Rubi w/everything except MyGig and LOVE IT! Red Rock with Khaki Interior.....in the words of "Borat" - - "Very Nice!" Only got the hard top and love it.

So driving it home last night and to work this morning, I noticed a rattle in the corners...it wasn't constant but was annoying!

I was grabbing and pressing all interior pieces and as soon as I grabbed the Sun Visor or Moved it into another position, it stopped....Anyone else experience this with theirs?

Also, the visors like to move back into position on their own over the span of a few miles...is there a way to "cure" this? Does something need tightened or foamed?

Thanks for anything you know!

Man, I love this thing! It's waaaay cooler than my Acura RSX Type-S I traded....people look at it like they've never seen one before.....ha! Could by because my wife is really hot....hmm....

_-Peace-_

Yep mine does it on the drivers side only. It needs a little piece of foam or something on the left side between the visor and the upper windshield trim. It will hold it in a slightly loaded position.

Mine does the same thing. Drives me crazy because the rest of the Jeep is nice and tight. Drivers side only. Waiting for some warmer weather to take a look at it. It seems to be worse in the colder mornings.
