To each his own I guess, before when I had the sahara I realized that realistically there were some parts I wouldn't be able to get such as the rocktrac transfer case, front Dana 44, electronic sway bar disconnect and of course the excellent gear ratio that only Rubi offers.
Any jeeper would have an easy time replacing the basics such as the shocks, bumpers, tires and wheels though so I'm with you there. I know Axel lockers are pretty reasonable too but I'm thrilled to have them integrated in to my system.
Bottom line is my Rubi was able to take on some of the toughest trails in Moab and Colorado when it was stock and my girlfriend's Xb has a long way to go
