Jim, being that you said there are only 6 bolts holding together, would this be something that could be shipped easily or is that too much to ask? I might be interested in one myself later on down the road.

You made me look into the size constraints for UPS and it looks like I would need to add one connection point on each side to be able to break it down enough to reasonably ship.
The way it is, it could be fit into a large flat box about 4'x8'x8" though this is too big! I need to get it down to about 3'x6'x8" to avoid freight shipping.

I thought I was done building the rear end until I decided that it needed the Poly Performance shock relocation brackets with L.C.A. reinforcement and skids.



These raise the shock mounts 1-3/8" and provide 1-1/2" of extra clearance under the C/A's

I finally got all of the electrical parts to build 2 "source" type panels.
One for under the hood and one for the rear to power the O.B.A. and a few other things.
I also got a 1/8" BSP tap to make the adaptor for the ARB locker fittings.
With this I can finish the OBA install

I love the rack too... IF you do decide to start offering them, think about a shortened version to fit the fastback style (ORH Whisper & BesTop NX) tops. If you do and want a website, hit me up. I'd be happy to do the site, and provide hosting for you.

Finished my Viair compressor install last week and hooked up the ARB locker

I did a semi permanent install of the gauges, one for the 200 psi compressor and the other for regulated pressure to the air locker and a master switch for the comp/locker switches.


Then we went up to the High Seirras above Bishop CA. for some fishing and wheeling.
The locker and compressor work great with no leaks.
Came very close to sliding off a shelf trail in the second pic. The dark spot is where the tire was crawling itself over the edge and the rocks were placed to wedge the tire onto the trail

Here are a few more detailed pics of the ViAir System.
The small regulator in the tub is of high quality and dedicated to the air locker.
The air intake for the compressor is routed into the body behind the taillight next to the fuel filler.
I installed a distribution block at the battery with a 100 amp fuse then ran #4 cables back along the top of the frame to a fuse panel and a brass ground bolt in the tub.

Here are a few more pic's of the project leading up to the compressor install.
All that is required to install this size tub/trunk in the back is to relocate the exhaust and the sway-bar, cut a giant hole in the back of your Jeep, then build a box that is large enough to hold the compressor yet small enough to clear the frame, shocks, AntiRock sway bar, and everything else that can't be moved.

Started work on a front bumper/winch mount.
Made a 1/4" winch plate that fits between the frame rails with 3/16" plate for the rest of the skin.
I'm using 1/2" round bar to frame a border for everything so I can put a nice radius on all the corners.

Damn it Jim !!!!! I missed the box build ! It's to pretty and I'm jealous!

Can't wait to see this bumper your building with the fab skills you throw down I wouldn't expect anything less than bada$$!

Also did you remove your rear sway bars?? I've heard there not a crucial part unlike the fronts ... Either way man the jeep is looking slick!

I put an AntiRock in the back that gets the bar out of the way up against the jack tub. I did this during the rear axle build.
The bumper is going slow as I'm getting ready to go to Colorado to pick up all the stuff to make my JK 4X4
Brent_f70 was nice enough to put a bunch of new stuff on his Jeep so I am getting a Rubi transfer-case and front axle along with a bunch of other needed parts for my build
