Thanks' Dronac
I'm still working on a way to produce them affordably.
I also need to work out a different mounting bracket for the back.
When I installed the Antirock there was some interference that I had to modify for and I would rather the rack mount to the body rather than the frame in such a way that has no visible holes drilled in the tub.
I hope to build ten racks in the near future and see what the labor cost will be.

I'll be watching this thread then. If you can produce a 2 door variant and I can afford it, I will be all over it

I'm with Dronac, I'd be interested in a 2dr as well pending on the price. Your rack there looks awesome and much better to what else is on the market.

If you make a 2dr version, I will scoop it up in a second. Beautiful work.

Yes they rubbed the back of the front bumper while going around bends and the flares at times.
My JK being a 2wd came with some very low rated coil springs and when compared to other X models was allot lower to start with. You probably won't have the same rubbing issues that I did. Look at my first picture and compare to your stock height, yours should be higher!

I've been promising a sound-clip of the exhaust for some time now!
I tried to make one though my video camera wont link with my computer, the camera is to old to get the proper drivers installed. Time for a new camera.

So, Here are a couple that I found, Not mine but the same set-up!
The second one has the same muffler re-location as I did.
Neither really does it justice but they are pretty close.
In real life it sounds a little deeper and has some popping at throttle down.

Dude, I applaud all the work and effort you have done to your jeep so far. There can't be many people that bothered with doing a 2WD to 4WD conversion.

Only a list in my head right now
I'm sure that once it's started it will need some little parts but the main list should only be a transfer-case and cross-member, front axle assembly, drive-shafts, and this should do it. The outer knuckles, unit bearings, brakes, and suspension are all the same.
If you get the transfer-case from Advanced Adaptors they have a list of options and required parts for a JK installation. If you use a stock T/C you will need all the linkage and wiring that goes with it.

I agree with Dronac. If you can get this set up for a 2dr and at a reasonable price I will all over it!!! Have you done a load test on it yet? I have been seeing online where some racks are rated at 300-400 lbs... If you ever need a "test vehicle" to use for a 2dr version i'm more than willing - I located down the road from you in San Diego...

I've had over 600lb on it with no problems.
10 sheets of 5/8" drywall, it was only for a few miles but all was stable.
I'll keep you in mind for the 2 door version
I'm getting very close to being ready to market.

Thanks!
I recently had to re-re-do the back part of the exhaust.
In putting in my replacement storage tub there were some clearance issues with the tail pipe. It worked out for the better because the end result looks much better than the original install
More on the storage tub and OBA install coming soon!
Here are the before and afters.
