I'll try!
I haven't entered the world of posting video yet.
Check back in a couple of days and I'll see if I can figure it out.

P.S. Can you send me some mudbug's

That's beautiful work, top and bottom!!
I'm wondering if the there's enough room under my 2 door, since the OEM muffler gets dragged off every rock!

Thanks' Wilywillie
They make a shorter 12" version of this muffler here > HP-2 Series "Shorty" - 409S - Hushpower
And here is the 18" that I used > HP-2 Series Mufflers - 409S - Hushpower
I am sure that one of them will work in a two door as they aren't much larger than the pipe itself.

Hi Jim and thanks for the compliments.
Haven't seen you over here for a while
I basically use a small tube and a larger tube and weld them to both sides of a washer, then grind the washer flush and drill two sizes of holes through the rack and slide it through. weld on both sides grind smooth and there you have it! Simple!
I'll take more pic's of the process next time!

Like most racks I've seen, it looks even better with the top taken off.

Jim,

Thanks for sharing with the forum community; have enjoyed this thread and I wish that I had half the skill that you possess to fabricate a rack like that. Simply excellent!!!
