Jeep Rubicon 07 broken trailing arm help

This broke while driving on the road!! I've only been off roading once and that was two years ago! Can I get this welded at a local steel fabricators or does it need to go to a garage. Any suggestions, money is kinda tight!

A local welding shop can weld that back up, just make sure it's in the same position.

Ok, I just had another look and can see the the mount is bent and broken. I'm ordering new mounts for RustysOffroad.com, They are only $60.
Also my mistake the arm is actually called a lower control arm!
Hope this help someone else!
