Jeep JK Aftermarket Fender Flares

Hello,I have a question concerning Jeep JK aftermarket fender flares……I wanted to find out if the rear flares are different on a 2 door and a 4 door…..I have noticed some brands that have the Jeep JK and the JK Unlimited listed with different part numbers …..Then other brands say that their flares will fit both….I have read on a Jeep Forum thatthe OEM fenders flares were the same for both but couldn’t find anyone talking about the aftermarket flares…And my question is…… Will the rear flares fit boththe JK and the JK Unlimited I know the front flares are the same……If anyone has bought a set of fender flare that were for either model how did they work out.....and did anyone install them on a 2 door.....Thank You…..

Well, Mopar has the same part number for the fender flares from 2008-2017 for the JK and JKU, so as far as Jeep is concerned, they are identical.

I can't speak for aftermarket fenders as depending on the manufacturer, they may mount them differently.

My recommendation would be to contact the manufacturer who's product you are interested in and ask them.

From what I've read, the proximity of the fuel fill to the wheel well is different.
