JcrOffroad Prototyping. Some redesign, some new product

Starting working on JK stuff again....

Working on a new stubby front bumper that incorporates the factory fogs. Here's what we've come up with so far:

"What about people that dont need/want winchs?"

Are you asking if they make one without a winch? Not sure why the question.

PS, like the bumper. Looks good.

JcrOffroad are you going to gusset the stinger or is that finished. Not judging, just dont know the dynamic strength is why i am asking.

We just tacked the stinger on there for pics. Not sure what we are doing to it at this point. We are going to make it about 4" taller to start.

Going to start working on the next stubby prototype. It should be slimmer looking, but we shall see how it comes out. Stay tuned for pics.

Honestly, not sure if we are going to make a non-winch bumper for the JK. I'll toss the idea around with Mike and who knows

I like the direction this is going and I'm 90% positive I'll be ordering your bumpers sometime this spring.

Two things I'm wondering..........

1) Is the front "plate" styled that was for decoration or style? One of the things I REALLY like about your products is the simplistic design. Straight, clean, perfect. This one just seems to go against the JCR grain.

2) Is this going to be stinger only, or will there be a hoop option? FWIW, I prefer the hoop or nothing at all. Again, I'm simple.

On the 12's there is no getting around the pump. If you need pics and or dimensions, lemme know and I am happy to send them to ya if your gonna try to include that in the options. Easy enuff work around but has to be worked around.

We stole styling cues from our XJ Winch bumper and our new TJ/YJ/CJ front bumper. We still plan to offer the current full sunk and simple mid-width front. The stubby that is on our website currently is going bye-bye. It hasn't sold, so we knew we had to change it. We used the dipped style to help to visually slim up the size of the bumper.

Yep, we will have a fwd lean single hoop or a vertical single hoop as options.

We're good on '12. This new design requires doing nothing with the pump.

Looks great - I would heavily suggest gusseting that stinger, as previously mentioned.

I see the slots for your clevis mounts - how are they welded? just on the front? Or the front and all the way through the rear?
