If I go 35s and flat fenders do I need a re-gear??

Trying to figure out what is the largest tire size I can go without having to re-gear? Would get flat fender flares so clearance isn't an issue.

Thanks in advance.

I may also get a level kit for the front

depends on current gearing, auto or manual, stress you're willing to put on your rig, driving habbits, and what you don't mind driving.

With 35s and the W580 you could probably get away with it if you have the 3.73s and not the 3.21s. Woudn't hurt to go 4.56s though if you want your factory power back.

Like the others said. But here is the gear ratio chart for your engine:

I have 35s, auto, 3.73, and a 2013. If is very driveable. I thought I had ordered 4.10s but I was mistaken. Knowing what I know now I would prefer 4.10s but if I didn't tell you I hadn't regeared you would probably not notice it.

What I would do is actually scour the salvage yards for an old Crown Vic or something with some 2.73's. While you're at it, pull the front driveshaft for fuel economy.
