There are four more bolts. In total there are two sets of two bolts on either side of where the frame rails meet the bumper. Once you have those out the bumper practically falls off.

EDIT: I looked at your sig. Are you asking about a TJ or a JK. You posted this in the JK tech thread. Just askin

1. Remove the push pin fasteners (2) and release the splash shield (1) from the bumper.

2. Remove the push pin fasteners (3) and remove the splash shield.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1).
4. Remove the outer (4) and inner support bolts (2) and remove the front bumper.

That is step by step provided to me by the jk service manuel

So I need to take those 8 bolts off? So I need to remove the towhooks in order to get the plastic part off?

if you have tow hooks they should be held on by the bolts you need to take out to get the bumper off.

08 JK X.Rubicon Express 2" mono shock lift, XHD front bumper, BFG M/T tires, AEV Corner Guards, RRC Side Armor rails, Mopar Rear Bumper, and bunch of little stuff.

check your fog light wiring, i think it is attached to the factory bumper, you'll need to remove it before you drop the bumper
