How could I be having radiator issues?

JK with 31k, didn't run for a week, pulled out with no warmup, went 5 miles to get coffee, noticed alot of white steam coming from the radiator. Did not smell smoke. Fluid is ok, not full- about 1/3 full, radiator maybe looked a little black or singed on part of the front. Just had a flush about 3k ago. No smell. No leaks.

Is that normal? Did not see if the engine was running hot. Pulled over then drove home 3 miles.

Condensation/water on the radiator will cause steam. Mine does it on certain days. After the car wash it makes lots of steam out of the grill.

it must have been condensation then, it is always garaged, but the garage is usually quite hot in there. Thanks for the advice. By the way I have definitely had that steam issue in rainstorms. Its a bit unnerving.
