Headliners....

I am wanting to put "headliners" in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler X. I have found 2 companines that sell them. The "Hothead" liners look pretty good and you can get "side" panels also. I found a place called "Insul-liners" but no side panels. Any suggestions or are there any others that may be better??? While I am here....how in the world does everybody on here get their posts to be in "bold" letters when posting??? I have tried everything and it still just shows up on here in regular letters....

You have to have 387 posts before you can "bold".

A few people here have made their own from material easily obtainable from places like lowes/home depot which saved them a ton of money. All came out looking great too.

I think Mopar just came out with some sets for around 250 bucks for 2 doors and 265 for 4 door. I cannot find a link for them though

I made mine with windshield sunshade material and automotive carpet. I did need a friend to help me, not sure if it would've been possible by myself.

Thanks for the input on the headliners. I really would like them to look nice that is why I was going to purchase them instead of make my own....

They are really effective and look great-although I'd already used "OffRoadHeroes" instead and modified--black patchwork--really looks good-

They're all expensive and you can save money by doing it yourself--if thats what you want-

Good luck

@Murphinator - the guy I bought them from off the JK-Forum board says "dark graphite" - to me they just look black.
Of course, when describing my red rock crystal pearl JKU, I would usually just say "maroon". lol

Edit: went back and found the original threads from when I bought them, and I paid $250 for the whole set, shipped CONUS. I'm gonna start a "For Sale" thread and make it official.
