Headlights on after shutoff

Does this annoy anyone else but me. Maybe I am just too good a neighbor but I can't stand my lights staying on after I shut off my new jk. When I park in my driveway my lights shine in my neighbors bedroom. Does anyone know if there is a way to change this?

Yes...

If you shut off the headlights before shutting off the jeep, they will not remain on.

If you shut off the jeep first, then the headlights, they will remain on for a period of time...

How do you keep them from coming on when you use the remote key entry? That is driving me nuts.

I often forget to turn them off before I turn off the jeep. In this case, just cycle the lights back to on and off again and they will shut off.
