Any update from Truck-Lite on their anti flicker? I emailed Jerry a few times but no reply.

He also didn't make it to the SEMA show due to the Hurricane, so nobody had answers for me really at the booth.

Funny though; I made it to SEMA and I live on Long Island.

There are two harnesses. One is a normal one that just makes the electrical connection (probably what you got), the other has a resistor or something to smooth out the PWM fluctuation (which can make the headlights flicker since LEDs respond much faster to changes than halogens). This is the one Truck Lite promised months ago.

Mine is handmade in Northern Minnesota and has built in resistors

Nice! I've seen some DIY writeups on other forums, but supposedly Truck-Lite has one on the way. It's been a while with no news though.

Can anyone with the SMS harness verify for me. It looks like it just two relays that feed direct battery power? For over $130 dollars I can make that pretty easily for a lot less?

I'd like to see what's under that shrink wrap for $70.

My test tonight I seem the low beam flicker went away totally. The high beam at idle is a mere flicker but not as apparent as before. I do have a weaken OEM battery that I need to replace this week and I will retest then.

I have that harness. I am in the process of doing a write-up for it. I can get you some more info and pics. The write-up will probably be complete this week.

So far with my plug and play harness works great. It's not the full harness that's $150.00 but the low beam flicker went away.
