Any follow-up review on the 3M thinsulate liner for the hardtop? It is advertised to lower road noise big time and to insulate and keep it cool or warm inside... I haven't seen any write-ups anywhere that prove or dis-prove the claims. I'd be really curious to see how much it actually lowers road noise.

Here is the solution to the hardtop heat: HotHead Headliners. You can see them at HotHead Headliners. If you have any questions or comments please let us know.

I've had this (OffRoadHereos) installed in my JK, for almost 8 months, here in North Nevada desert, where it's been subjected to over 103 degrees

Dude that looks like it would help out pretty good. Kinda like it and my take that plunge, both winter and summer help with that one

I just installed my HotHead kit, it is well done and looks great, installs really easy and cuts road noise, have not had any hot days yet. Unlike some mods I have done, I would do this one again. Its is something the factory should of done a long time ago.

I took the suggestion of mrsig and did the same to mine.
Between the cost of the deflectors and the velcro, cost was around $60.
Living in So Cal, it gets as about as hot here as any where else.
It did cut down the hewat a lot.
Im now also thinking about painting the top to help as well.
