Got some things done! (lift, bumper, paint)

The RK 2.5 lift is now on, and a stinger bumper made by STORM_JK. Did a test-run plasti-dip on my grill, too.

Bought some gutter guard for the grill mod, but couldn't for the life of me find those anchors to zip-tie to. I'll look again tomorrow.

I got my zip tie mounts from home depot. like $9.99 for 100 or something.

Looks nice. I want to plasti-dip my grill too.

Oh i also modified my version of this and used screening behind the gutter guard. The hole were still to big for my liking and still got bugs in the grill.

I have this same screening on my 02 AV from day one. The radiator looks brand new and no over heating issues.

Home depot is the only place I didn't check. Went to Walmart, Princess Auto, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, Lowe's, and a Dollar store. Surprised I couldn't find them...

I have a home depot like, 5 minutes from my place so I'll check there. Thanks!

As for the "screening", I thought the same. Gutter guard looks like it has big holes might want it a bit smaller.

I found the anchors today at Home Depot. They didn't have the big packs, just 10packs, so I bought 4. I haven't mounted them yet as I'm repainting the grill.

I found the gutter guard at Home Hardware. The one near you had a VIP night, stopped in on the way back from meeting you and got it for 15% off or so.

That was before I built my bumper. Welded a bolt to the top of the tow hook, drilled some holes in the shovel and voila! Take off 2 nuts and the shovel slides right out.

Hey did I leave a retaining clip and a plastic washer on your garage floor...? I noticed today that the sway link on one side was missing the hardware. Go figure it was the one I put on, so I bet I just forgot to put the clip on...

Might be back in the bag, did a massive clean up and would have noticed that, worst case I've got plenty of clips and the washer can always be swapped for a regular steel one, which I also have, both in the Heep lol

What are you doing with those trackbar brackets we took off? I'll probably end up doing a frankenlift getting pieces here and there if ever you didn't plan on selling the previous lift as a kit.

Now go play in the snow!

I don't need the clip, was just wondering if I just forgot to put it on, or if it popped off so easily (which I doubt). I'll pick one up somewhere!

As for the bracket, you're welcome to 'em (and any other part we took off). I won't be using it again (as far as I know) and selling it would be a little sleazy if you can get use out of 'em.
