speed is limited to about 95. so that. If I recall?

4:88 is fairly deep for 35"s in a 012+ 4:1 on 35"s gives about 2300rpm's at 70mph. that will be closer to 3krpm at 70. since these motors can spin at 6400rpm. top speed will still be limited by the governor still.

I don't feel comfortable at anything above 80mph in my JK. It feels floaty and wanders a bit, the steering is vague with numb feedback at best. Then it gets worse at 80mph.

sorry to hijack a bit but as long as were on the subject..

do you think 4.56 gears would be sufficient for a 13 jku with 35" tires? or would i be better off with 4.88?

right now i have 3.73 gears and its just barely cutting it. i almost never use 5th gear anymore and 6th is non existent!

You have 6500 RPMs. The only thing you'll sacrifice is fuel mileage.

4.88s on 35s is the mathematical equivalent to a stock rubicon.
