If it’s stock you shouldn’t even need to re-torque because they use loctite on all nuts and bolts from the factory.

Raise the front end on jack stands, and check the suspension out. Give everything a good tug to see what's loose. Inspect the track bar mounts on both ends. Maybe a broken weld.

Not sure if this is your problem but you might want to take a look anyway. Oh, and by the way, them claiming they can’t hear or feel it is unfortunately common with some dealers. Demand to go on the test drive with them so they will notice it. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f96/s...cause-1023438/

my 2010 started to clunk also when i would hit bumps, It turned out to be just a loose bolt on the track bar. Maybe check that out just look under it and get some one to jump on the bumper to see if you can feel or notice any play or movement in any part of the front end.

I had the same problem with the dealer too. What I did was to have him and me go to a parking lot where there were speed bumps and to keep going over them and turn the steering wheel left to right as he did. He kept saying that he couldn’t hear or feel anything but finally it got so bad that he couldn’t lie anymore. If I were you I would go straight to the service manager and ask for another test drive with you included.
