Fog Light Bulbs

Could someone please help me to change the bulbs on my fog lights? The manual instructions are useless. How do I access the bulbs?

Take your time!! Do not get impatient. The little plastic bulb holders are very easy to break and the penalty is having to replace the entire fog light unit, which is quite expensive from the dealer.
