Flexing my stock 07 Rubi in the snow...

i was checking out the Swaybar Disconnect and the Front and Rear Lockers this morning. everything worked great, i had no problems with engaging 4lo or the Lockers. i am getting very impatient for spring now so that i can check out some of the great trails in this area ( pics taken near trail head at Macleans Creek in Alberta ).

i'll give you the list from my receipt.

RT-3000
Installation
PLF ( Parking light flash )
p-Hood ( Hood protection )
6ton ( 120 db 6 tone siren )
DS5 ( Dual guard impact sensor )
Tx2WAMR ( 2way Remote pager )
2WAMANT ( 2 way AM Antenna )

Total cost ( taxes in ) in CAD $424.00

i went to Quinns Security in Calgary AB ( very reputable company )
i asked them for a basic system w/ 2way pager - no frills. i'm happy with the value and the Install is very clean.

I thought I recognized the area that the pictures were taken at.

With the gates closed for winter - did you do any x-country skiing or just a picnic trip?

It was a picnic trip. we are new to Calgary ( if you can call living here for 5 years new ) and we wanted to check it out so that finding it wouldn't be an issue when it reopens. i've been up to Waiparous a few times and we are going to Indian Graves in a couple of weeks. it's a good way to break in the new Rubi with some highway miles and familiarize myself with the areas. i plan to be out at least every second weekend this year so i'm sure i'll see you on the trails.

For MayLong our club is heading towards Caroline. We are going to have a Hummer, an airplane, several quads and lots of Jeeps there. It is planning to be a good time.

I'll be posting more about it in the JeepForum.com Wheeling Canada-West section as details are finalized.

Wow those are great pics. I love seeing jeeps in the snow but sadly not much snow in the memphis area. If you have anymore I would love to see them.
