First trip in my new JK

OK, OK, OK, I know this is tame, but it makes a pretty good story anyway. I got my first Wrangler in April and I am 70 years young. If you have the time and inclination, follow this link to the JPFreek Magazine and read all about my successes and failures.
My story starts on Page 26, Old Dog Learns New Tricks. No Kidding!

http://www.jpfreek.com/Images/magazine/issue_10.pdf

Hope it keeps you amused.

Regards everyone,

That was a great read! Well written

Mariner...... one of these days I'm going to call on you for some info on specifics on where you went. I'm in Seattle, but really want to go for a weekend over in E.WA.

Those rooftop tents sure looked cool too!

Shipmate,

That's one nice looking jeep you've got there. I'm hoping to get stationed in WA in a year or so, if so, I may just be very tempted to request to hit the trails with you sometime if I do end up there.
