I went with DFS. 505.99 w/ H4 to H13 adapters and shipping. Cheapest I found at the time when I ordered. 21 Feb. Anyone seen anything better? The pictures of the white JK in the JK-Forum with these lights look pretty darn good. I'l; be looking out the window for the UPS man until they come.

JackTEOD,
Has the UPS man showed up with your new lights yet? Waiting for a review before I order a set

I ordered from DFS in early February. They were supposed to ship in a week. I got an email saying that there was a delay in availability and that they were supposed to ship 2/28. They haven't shipped yet.

I have been running the older style for a number of months now. Just ordered a set of the new ones, and will write a comparison up when I get them installed.

I will say that as cool as the JW Speaker lights are, the TLs have been fully functional and reliable since day one. They may be pricier than Cibies, but as far as LED options go, they are very reasonable.

I've also got a lot of other LED lights, from bars to spots to rock lights, and the TLs are easily on par with the Vision X and others in terms of build quality and design.

impressive

are they plug and play, or do they require rewiring, or different power source, or anything (like HIDS if done properly do..)

They can be plugged in with the included pigtails.

The PWM on the Jeeps does create power fluctuations in headlamp voltage, not noticed with regular lights, but noticeable with LEDs. Rallylights and other sell additional harnesses for under $150 that eliminate that issue entirely.

I have been running the 7 LED headlamps in the picture for almost a year without a harness and hardly notice the flicker. However, I am also adding the harness with the newer lights when they come in.

I assume btw that you are talking about the headlights only, but all the other LEDs are straight plug and play, other than an occasional wire splice and/or a relay. Even my taillaight are LED, and the headlights are the only ones where the stock wiring is inadequate.

Yes, referring to the headlights. At this point, those would be the only ones I woudl change, and I just want to make sure it is a simple process - I suck with electronics!

I'm the same as you. A few months ago I was ready to install the JW ones, but then decided against it once I found out about the new Truck Lites.

The TL's are totally plug and play. No need to modify anything. I decided to get a harness from Daniel Stern. That is also pretty simple to install.

My lights are on their way and should be here by next Thursday/Friday.

OK, the LEDs are in my Jeep. Took 15 min to install. BE CAREFUL! These are not glass lenses and scratch pretty easy. I scratched mine with them just resting on the inside of the grill, a small slide and boom, scratch. I haven't noticed a Flicker yet. Running H4 to H13 adapters on stock system. The light pattern and distance is more impressive in person. There is still valid need for fog lights directly in front of the truck, as far as the pattern goes anyways. They look spectacular. Sorry, no pics. I have a crappy phone camera that wouldn't do them justice. 100% recommend!
