Finally made the plunge...
I finally did it!!! After months of looking and test driving, my lovely wife and I FINALLY bought a JK. I've been wanting a 4 door since they were talking about them.
Well, I got a used 2008 Black X model with power windows/locks, hardtop, auto, 4wd, 10,600 miles. Drove it home just a few minutes ago. Too dark to take pictures and post them, so I will have to tomorrow (sorry). So far, I love it. I've been getting looks from others while driving it home. Must be jealous!!! I've owned several Jeeps in the past and still own a 1984 CJ7 that has to get gone since this one is in the driveway now. Oh well, I'll miss her, but I'll make sure she goes to a good home. Unfortunately, it's going to be a while until I can start any mods. I mean, I'll do some basic, cheap mods, but nothing too expensive right now. But I can't wait!!! Nothing really interesting to say, I was just so excited, that I had to tell somebody that I knew cared!! So thank you for listening. ![]() Josh

Congrats on the new JK. I am sure you will enjoy it. I would say welcome to the board but apparently you've been here a while, probably for the previous Jeeps, eh? Anyways, welcome to the JK side.
