dont you get i free testing after you fail. i failed in colorado due to my gas cap and i got one free test afterwards

I think you're right. I'll pick up a couple Hella caps tomorrow, pretty sure they'll fit. Then I'm moving to California. Will one cat converter be enough?

And other than a yearly emissions check that's the last safety check your vehicle will ever have out here until you sell it.
