Do I ask for an Order Number/Vin/Whut?

Soooo I ordered my JK 2 days ago and instead of me waiting and waiting for the dealer to call me with updates, I want to call DC and ask them....

What info. about my ordered JK do I need to get to call and check with DC? A VIN of some sort or an order number?

Any info. is much appreciated.

VON or vehicle order number...
You can get that from your dealer or its on your build sheet if you have that

you can call DC and they can look up all the info you want with your last name and personal info... then they gave me my VIN, VON, and Reference Number

Then options 5,2,1,2,0,3

You'll get an operator who will ask for your name and address after you tell him/her you want to check the status of Jeep order...and VOILA!

Let me know what they say since you are ordering the Dual Tops as well....I really hope if the tops are causing delays then they should be working like mad to try to resolve the issue.

thanks for posting the option numbers that you have to push, made it much quicker...However, after listening to that AMAZING music they play while you are on hold for 10 minutes, I was told that the computers are currently updating, therefore they do not have access to that information at the moment and to call back in 1 hour. I'll let you know what I find out.

RCHS, just got off the phone with DC.

I am in BG status as well...I'm going to try and hold off on calling again until Monday, but if you find out anything before then please let me know as I am just as anxious as you are and it appears that we are in the same boat.

once you get to D1... give it a couple days and then call every other day and you see your status change quickly through the final stages... when i hit D1, my jeepo was finished in 3 days!

Just a note here, Call on Tuesdays, the changes are made on mondays and available for view by the operators / customer service reps by Tuesday.
