OP, did you try to fix your bumper yet?
No, I am at work till 6:00 in the city. My wife has already warned me to go to the dealership and have fixed by somebody who knows what they are doing.

Maybe now would be a great time to try and convince her that an after market bumper would avoid the cost of having the dealer fix it now and in the future. Not sure what type of front bumper you like, but the Mopar bumper is a great looking one and relative cheap compared to a lot of them out there. Good luck however you go.

I got the same problem. I backed into a women :P she was hidden under my lift. If you ask me I'd get an aftermarket bumper so next time the ACURA WILL PAY! In my case the LITTLE OLD LADY WILL PAY! (For being to close to me at a red light.)

i had the same issue with mine. i used a 2" hole saw bit ( for putting locks in doors) on the back of the bumper. then heated it with the wifes hair dryer, don't get it to hot. used the wooden handle from a hammer to pop it back. looked like new

Where's the damage? You can always convert the stock bumper in to a stubby with an end cap kit from Rough Country.

You know your bumper is junk when:
An old lady's skull leaves a divot

Dude, tear that plastic off, and you've got an instant stubby. Or pop it off and kick it from the inside, and put it back on.

Not sure where in NY you are. I'm in Long island. I have a stock front bumper, no fog light holes or tow hooks. It's yours if you wanna pick it up.

If you don't want to or can't fix it find a take off bumper on Craidgslist. I posted a WTB ad and had 2 responses in 2 days.

I grabbed a decent looking one for $20 yesterday, and if I wanted t drive a bit farther I'd be able to pick up another (with fog lights) for the same price.

I've got the same problem. Didn't even have my '10 JK for a week when somebody hit me in a parking lot while I ate, come out to a dented front bumper and noone to pay for it. Using it as my excuse for a Rugged Ridge front bumper.
