very sharp! just ordered a 2013 Sahara in this same color on 9/17... can't wait for delivery! Wife actually picked the color... I was originally thinking of the True Blue Pearl but she felt it was too 'purple' looking for me. I was also leaning towards the matching color hardtop but wife also convinced me to stick with black top as she liked the contrast vs. the monotone look (I didn't mind that as it saved me $1k too!).

It's a nice color, with one caveat.

Googling that color is not safe for work!

I just got a 2012 brand new about a month ago.

Same color.
I'm jealous of the new rimms though.
Way to go Doc.
At our house we name our cars.
Between the Rubicon & the color, it was obvious.... Meet Rubi.

Ordered door will trim already, probably going with armor first especially rocker probably poison spyder brawlers then belly and bumpers/winch. Don't want to mess with suspension and axles much because the warranty. Metal cloak fenders and a set of wheels/tires so I don't have to lift and can change back to stock for dealer visits ect... We will see though.

Take it on a few rides with the club and let it tell you what it needs. I rode with the club 2 or 3 times completely stock till I figured out I was in love with rock crawling. Then I built it for that....and broke a few things on my first ride after it was lifted. I still owe the club a lot of beer for their help getting me off the trail. I play rough. LOL!

I would like to play rough as well but it's the wife's daily driver and a 40k$ Jeep plus with as many issues as the 3.6 has I'm sure it will be making a trip or two to the dealership so I gotta keep it tame.

What I'd like to do:

Poison Spyder Brawlers rockers
River Raider belly skid kit
Metal Cloak fenders front and rear
35x12.50 MTR's on stock rims with some spacers
Poison Spyder Rock Brawler front bumper
Warn power plant
Poison Spyder Rock Brawler rear bumper with tire carrier
River Raider modular snorkel
Poison Spyder Bombshell diff covers
Maybe acos spacers front and rear after all the armor, winch ect to even everything out.

The wife doesn't like the front bumper or the fenders so I may need some help winning her over on them

You'll get plenty of "bad ideas" from this forum and the club. Just depends on your viewpoint. LOL!

Posted these on another thread dealing with lifted 4 doors but I'll add them here. The color is amazing and draws comments and compliments from everyone who sees it. 2013 JKUR. Changed out everything at about 700 miles to AEV 3.5 SC, black pintlers 315/70/17 Duratracs, AEV front & rear bumpers, diff skid, Warn 9.5cti synthetic, Truk lite headlights, sPod, rigid 20" bar on front, D2's on pillars and 4" flood rear. AFE exhaust and Air Raid intake. The afe exhaust is very growly and I may need to tone it down some. Very fun to drive now.

Looking good! I really love that color.
On the S-Pod...those 3 switches to the right side, did you custom make those or are they available through S-Pod? And what do they do? Zombie Apocalypse = .50 Gatling Guns in front fenders?

Thanks. The three on the right do nothing and are just gag fillers until I add a set of rock lights and a compressor and then I'll change them out for ones saying that. The last one does nothing but is used whenever the girlfriend asks questions like.. "so how much have you spent on mods?" so it is likely to stay for that purpose alone.

You can find them here at Otrattw
