Customer Preferred Package-whats the difference

Maybe someone can answer this, on my build sheet it says I have 2tba-customer preferred package 2tb but it also says 24b-customer preferred package 24b. I know I don't have anything fancy but whats the difference? Does anybody know anything about these.
