And here it is done. It is actually gloss black but all the photos with and without flash make it look......ummm, I dunno.

Check out my thread on what to do with the "leftovers"

Looks really good I'm going to do that myself, but I don't recommend that glue. Krazy Glue is heck of a lot better. I had that same exact kind of glue and it didn't last 10 minutes, in my other Jeep it never fell off with a small dab of glue.

Do you guys notice the slight decrease of mpg? It looked like I have to push more on the gas to accelerate, small price to pay for now

I haven't noticed any MPG difference. But I did do this w/in 3 weeks of ownership so I wouldn't have that soon. Thanks for the compliments, Mine is still going strong, glue is holding up well. I have to repaint though, bugs, powerwasher, and rocks have taken there toll. I will try a diff paint next time and more coats.

Btw, looks good guys. I can't believe that someone hasn't come up with a good pre-made grill insert for under 100 bucks...maybe I'll do that and become a vendor. I have some Ideas for mirror relocator brackets as well.

Ace Hardware - frost king gutter guard. It comes in 3' lengths and it's easy to cut and paint.

TheGillz you would have made some money selling the homemade grill on ebay for $80. I'm thinking about doing it too, you may want to make some hook at the top of the grill in order to hang the mesh grille so people dont have to super glue.
